1. Shipping & Delivery Information
Order Processing
- Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Certain stock items may require additional preparation time; customers will be advised where applicable.
Delivery Area & Method
- Aluvers offers delivery within Metro areas as standard.
- Delivery to regional, rural, or interstate locations may be available by prior arrangement only and must be organised directly with the Aluvers office before an order is confirmed.
- All non-Metro and interstate deliveries are subject to availability, additional costs, and extended delivery timeframes, which will be advised and must be accepted prior to dispatch.
- Aluvers reserves the right to determine the most appropriate delivery method, which may include Aluvers personnel or approved third-party freight providers.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery dates and times are arranged directly with the customer and are provided as estimates only.
Delivery schedules may vary due to operational, logistical, traffic, weather, freight, or site-related factors and do not constitute guaranteed delivery times.
Tracking
Deliveries managed by Aluvers do not include tracking numbers.
Where third-party freight providers are used, tracking may be provided at the carrier’s discretion.
Delivery Conditions
Customers must ensure:
- Safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the delivery location
- Availability to receive goods at the agreed delivery time
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, restricted access, unsafe site conditions, or inaccurate delivery information, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
All goods must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported immediately and prior to installation, handling, or use.
2. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
No Change of Mind Returns
Aluvers does not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to change of mind.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product specifications, measurements, quantities, and suitability before placing an order. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or returned due to a change of preference.
Eligibility for Returns or Remedies
Returns or remedies will only be considered if:
- An incorrect item has been supplied by Aluvers, or
- The product is damaged or faulty at the time of delivery
Any request must be raised within 14 days of delivery and prior to installation or use.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Remedy
No return, exchange, refund, or remedy will be provided for:
- Custom-cut, custom-sized, or made-to-order products
- Items that have been installed, altered, cut, or used
- Clearance items, unless required under applicable law
- Damage resulting from incorrect handling, storage, installation, or misuse
- Damage occurring after delivery has been accepted
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- The issue must be reported at the time of delivery, or as soon as reasonably practicable
- Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided
- You must contact admin@aluvers.com.au for assessment
Where a remedy is required under applicable law, Aluvers reserves the right, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to provide a repair or replacement.
Refunds are not provided unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect Items Supplied
If Aluvers has supplied an incorrect item:
- We will arrange collection of the incorrect item, and
- Provide a replacement at no additional cost
3. Refund Processing (Where Required by Law)
Refunds are not provided unless required under applicable law.
Where a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law and no other remedy is reasonably available, any refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing once the claim has been assessed and approved.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided at the time of ordering.
Aluvers is not liable for any loss, delay, cost, or damage arising from incorrect measurements, specifications, quantities, delivery details, or instructions supplied by the customer.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable consumer guarantees or rightsavailable under the Australian Consumer Law.
