At Aluvers Pty Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our premium pergola systems. Every purchase is backed by a comprehensive warranty that protects your investment and ensures long-term peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranties are designed to provide tiered protection depending on the component:

  • Aluminum Structure: 15 years against cracking, warping, or structural defects.
  • Powder Coating: Ibiza and Santorini – 5 years | Amalfi – 8 years.
  • Motors: 5 years
  • Remotes: 1 year
  • LED Lighting: 1 year.
  • Frameless Sliding Door Warranty
  • Aluminum Structure 15 Years Covers cracking or warping under normal use
  • Powder Coating 5 Years Covers peeling or severe discoloration
  • Accessories (Locks/Rollers) 1 Year Covers manufacturing defects
  • Glass Panels
  • 1 Year Covers glass self-explosion or factory faults
  • Aluminum Structure 15 Years Covers cracking/warping under normal use

Warranty Activation

To activate your warranty:

  1. Register your product within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Email customerservice@aluvers.com.au with your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). 

⚠️ The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Coverage applies within Australia only.


Warranty Service Terms

  • Years 1–3: Aluvers covers defective accessory replacements, including freight.
  • Years 4–10: Replacement parts provided free; freight and labor are the customer’s responsibility.
  • After Warranty Expiry: All costs for parts, labor, and shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Weather or environmental damage (sun fading, corrosion, storms, etc.)
  • Improper installation or use
  • Third-party damage, poor maintenance, or delayed installation (over 1 year after purchase)
  • Electrical parts after their 2-year term
  • Labor, removal, or transport costs
  • Accounts with unpaid balances

Customer Responsibilities

To keep your warranty valid:

  • Follow Aluvers installation instructions.
  • Maintain your pergola by cleaning with mild soap and water.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or pressure washers.
  • Keep proof of purchase and registration details.

Filing a Claim

If you need to make a claim:

  1. Contact customerservice@aluvers.com.au within 30 days of discovering the issue.
  2. Include your invoice number, photos/videos, and a written description of the defect.
  3. Aluvers will review your claim within 30 days and arrange repairs, replacements, or reimbursement.

Legal & Liability

  • Warranty governed by Australian law.
  • Liability limited to replacement or reimbursement only.
  • Aluvers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., downtime or third-party claims).
